Pickled cucumber

Why do you like chinese food? because it’s light, maybe this dish is a good choice for you.



Cooking steps:

1. Cut cucumber into slice, and put into wok to stew.

2. Add soya sauce, vineger, sugar, ginger slice and dry red chili. Mix evenly.

3. Continue to stew till boiled. Take out and keep in a crisper for a night in freezer.
