Vegetable, garlic, ginger, red pepper, salt and sesame oil.

Cooking steps:

1. Cut off the vegetable leaves and use the stalk only, clean and drain off water.

2. Mince ginger and garlic, cut red pepper into pieces.

3. Mix all vegetable stalk, ginger, garlic, red pepper and salt together evenly.

4. Squeeze water and add sesame oil.
