scallion, rice wine, salt, pepper powder, coriander
1. Mince 6-10 shrimp, and cut another 6-10 shrimp into small cubes.
2. Mince scallion, and mix with rice wine, salt, pepper powder and shrimp meat evenly.
3. Make into ball shape, and then put into wok to stew till cooked.
4. Turn off fire, take the floating froth.
5. Add coriander and scallion, sprinkle sesame, serve.
