Shengjianbao is a traditional and popular dish in Shanghai which called Shengjian Mantou by Shanghainese.
It is a type of small , pan-fried baozi which often filled with pork and gelatin that melts into soup/liquid when cooked. Shengjianbao has been one of most common breakfast in Shanghai.
