how to cook it:
- port shredding,mix with egg white and salt more then 10 mins.
- break up 2 eggs,and wash agaric and carrot,carrot slicing.
- stir-frying the port shredding,after the color became dark,stop it and pick up port.
- put the scallion and ginger into hot oil,put egg juice and pork also,put some salt.
