Chicken wing with Coke

INGREDIENTS

1. 6 Chicken wing, 

2. 1 tin of Coke

3. 3 pecies ginger

4. 3 pecies garlic

5. 3 sections scallion

6. 3 teaspoon vegetable oil

7. 1 teaspoon soy oil

8. 1/6 teaspoon suger

9. 1/3 teaspoon rice wine

10. 1/3 teaspoon  salt

 

Cooking steps:

1. pour vegetable oil into wak and heat up, add scallion, garlic, ginger, and fry evenly.

2. add chicken wing into wak and fry enenly, add 1 tin of coke, salt, rice wine and suger.

3. cover and boilling with medium heat, you should take care of this wak and fry evenly.

4. Until sauce is almost closed, dish up and serve.

    Simple steps make the best of recipes, but next time please proof read before publishing. For starters, you don’t ‘close’ sauces, you reduce them. And I’m pretty sure it’s a ‘wok’ you need to use for cooking. And that reminds me, I once met a guy who spoke about how he spent just ‘two box’ in a shop and netted a bargain (I suspected that he meant ‘two bucks’)…

    And just in case you’re wondering, this is my second language too. We can all improve ourselves on a daily basis, if one has the will power.

    Great looking picture though, I was going to do a ‘beer butt chicken’ for dinner but now will go for the wings :)

    Ehh, English is my first language but I understood what you meant and that’s the point of the recipe! Almost adds to the authenticity of it. Writing English is difficult (though not as difficult as Chinese!) but having a blog is a great way to learn! Thanks for the recipe!
