Pineapple slice 200g
Chili sauce 2 teaspoons (10g)
Rice wine 1 / 2 tsp (3ml)
Soy sauce 1 tsp (5ml)
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon (3g)
Sugar 1 / 2 teaspoon (3g)
Meat tender powder 1 / 2 teaspoon (3g)
Starch 1 teaspoon (5g)
Oil 1 tablespoon (15ml)
1. Cut pineapple into 1cm thick slices and put into salt water to soak and then take out and drain water.
2. The beef is cut into 5mm thick slices and marinate with egg white, rice wine, soy sauce, white sugar, meat tender powder and starch for 15 minutes.
3. Pour oil and heat up wok, add beef slices to continue fry till cooked, picked up and drain oil.
4. Heat up pot, add shallot into stir-fried until fragrant, add pineapple slices and beef pieces, add salt and chilie sauce to stir well.
