Beef curl

Ingredients:

Carrot, beef slice, Toufu, rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and ginger

Cooking steps:

1. Cut carrot and Toufu into thick strips, then boil carrot till cooked.

2. Curl carrot and Toufu strips within Beef slice.

3. Put beef curl into pok, add rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and ginger to boil with medium fire till cooked.
